Jumping in Place with Loose Arms
Bounce lightly on the balls of the feet. Let your arms and shoulders move freely.
Opens lymphatic channels and awakens fascia.

Bent-Over Body Wave
Bend forward slightly and roll the spine up and down in a wave form, breathing rhythmically.
Stimulates cerebrospinal and lymph flow; relaxes the nervous system.

Arm Swings
Creates cross-body integration, engages core rotation, and releases shoulder tension.

Dynamic Knee Bends with Torso Twists
Stand in a light squat, bent arms moving as if delivering inspiration and living in a van down by the river!—wide expressive movements of the chest and diaphragm.

Twisting and Jumping with Active Arms
Alternate side jumps with torso rotation, arms flowing naturally in opposite direction.
Invigorates the waist (the “power center” in Qigong) and energizes lymphatic return.

Floppy Arm Standing Twists
Relax completely and let the arms swing side to side, tapping your lower ribs or kidneys lightly.
Balances yin and yang, cleanses liver-gallbladder channels.

Golfer Swings
Mimic a golf swing: rotate from the hips with the spine supple and arms fluid. Both arms follow through the swing and are raised to the sky.
Opens oblique fascia chains and engages cross-lateral energy flow.

High Knee Claps
March in place, raising knees high and clapping them with your hands. Smile deliberately.
Pumps lymph through legs, triggers endorphin release, activates vagal tone.
